This year has been crazy for all of us, and many of you will note that I have not been active on my page recently.  Back in March of 2020, I decided that my time was best spent volunteering for the Maryland Responds Medical Reserve Corps in Baltimore, Maryland.  Although most of my duties were administrative, it felt good to be involved in the initial Covid response.  The summer and fall found me staffing and assisting at local pharmacies as full-time pharmacists were getting busier and needed help when quarantines occurred.  

When the vaccine finally rolled out, I finally had a chance to get back to work.  I was able to participate in early vaccinations in the state of West Virginia for public school teachers.  Then the Meritus Health System in Hagerstown, Maryland hired me to act as a vaccinating pharmacist.  At the Robinwood Vaccination Clinic our group gave over 45,000 shots and at the Mass Vaccination Clinic in Hagerstown, we are now well over 55,000 shots.
